Born in Limerick City 1973, I graduated from Limerick School of Art and design
in 1995, later I went on to complete a post graduate degree in Cyprus at the
Lemba Collge of Art in 1999. Although permanently based in Cyprus I am for
the moment living in Madrid.
My recent paintings are based on interiors and attempt to express the essence
of the space through colour and mark. I like to push the paint around and
explore its possibilities, to play with forms and colour and flatten the space in
the painting. In the end I would like the paintings to capture a particular feeling.
